There are now over 20 colleges and universities that cost more than $80,000 per year to attend w/room & board. A few will likely cost over $90,000 given off-campus housing costs. Most of these schools were probably $20-30k in today's dollars not that long ago. Fix that.

I think my next car will be a 2003 Toyota Land Cruiser. I’ll pay cash, sand blast any rust and throw in $2k on new stereo, Bluetooth, backup camera and then drive it for the next 8 years. Then sell it for $5k less than I paid even with another 100k miles on it.
