If time allows, set meetings with people who are in different parts of CRE and aren’t a prospect.
I almost canceled the meeting as I wasn’t sure it would be valuable for either party.

Pressure washing is arguably more profitable and less competitive. Average job is around $500 and takes 2-3 hours
Wordpress is what I did and it worked great.
FB and instagrams ads are the best value that I saw. Angie’s list was ok but not the cheapest.
