Had someone come to us for a purchase loan for multifamily in LA. They’re overpaying by 35%. I told them this is why we can’t hit their loan ask, and then questioned why they’re overpaying. “I think it’s worth it.” This is a 2023 build and vacant. Not sure what the exit…
