Well if I do a ward round and the plan is for a medication to be suspended I will have to action it, that task gets redirected to the doctor working with me and it is still my responsibility to make sure it has been done. So if my wording was wrong but this is how it works.

I did GP as one of my F2 jobs, the way they get hammered they need some less complex cases to help catch up with all the time that gets eaten up, eg patient comes in late, admin, etc etc. PA’s are earning a ridiculous amount of money and ADD to workloads, not help.
