We had rightfully unsettling talks on racism including stories of staff experiences. Crucially, we were prompted to consider what we will do differently as a result. 7/11

@RDaSH_GPLiaison and I facilitated thinking big on neighbourhood working, and shared Primary Care feedback to the @rdash_nhs Leadership. @DeanEggitt Along with Andy, amazing to have GPs inputting to an NHS trust in this way. 6/11

I was especially inspired by the ideas of creating platforms for the sharing and engagement around questions, ideas and stories of success (and failure), with both contributions from both staff and patients. What a dialogue and engine of innovation that could be! 5/11

CEO @TobyLewis_NHS publicly honoured lots of the staff who've helped move our promises on. There was public permission to fail, and learn. This was followed by workshops on innovation, exploring the barriers. 4/11

Creating services that address inequalities, that accommodate for and capalitalise a changing world, are inclusive, transparent, and that are genuinely responsive to citizen feedback requires nothing less of us. That never going to be easy, but it's the right thing to do. 3/8
