@NickFerrariLBC @LBC Hi Nick - Stephen Kinnock has visited 2 practices to highlight the success of online booking The 1st turned the system off at 6pm The 2nd doesn’t accept requests after 4.30 unless it’s an admin These are the safeguards requested by BMA Both breach the contract Call me!

Wes doesn’t think it’s a problem that the 2 practices highlighted as examples of GP Online access would likely breach of the new GP contract They are also examples of the safety requested by the BMA in terms of using online forms Wes & Stephen failed to listen to concerns

We're ending the 8am scramble. Nearly all GP practices now let you contact them online and we're supporting the rest to catch up. @SKinnock explains how it's working at The Forest Surgery in East London. More: https://t.co/qHdUeAqlsR

In 2022, my friends at @DAUK_GP and I collated feedback from GPs about their previous CQC inspections. These are not “system aberrations”. @lizzie_toberty @wanderingwelch

@DrHFRyan @CareQualityComm @BolaOwolabi8 Didn’t think I would stand up for the CQC but I guess I am. They do try their best. Having said that there are always systemic aberrations. One thing I have to admit that rather can coming straight out and calling a spade a spade, there is this propensity to try and drown people
