Rivian R1T dominates off-road! This was just a dual motor on street tires, not even quad motor.
Cybertruck performed the worse in this MotorTrend comparo even though it was the only with all-terrain tires.
F150 Lightning, even with low ground clearance, comes in 2nd.

I agree, however, I think F150 Lightning will also have a big impact on the perception of EV trucks in the short term since it will be out in a couple of months. F150 is familiar & has heritage, it will play a major role in “normalizing” EVs for many in commercial & personal use.
I still regularly hear surprised reactions when people learn my car takes no gas.
When Cybertrucks start taking over the road, interest and demand is going to explode even more. Even if someone doesn't want the Cybertruck, they'll learn of Tesla and want in.

Yes, and 360 view and even rear cross traffic alert are also missing. Tesla is obsessed with autonomous driving so they are not putting much focus on human driver’s experience.
Even my $45k low tech Toyota Tacoma has these features. Super helpful when parking.

As more real world Cybertruck tests come out, I continue to be more impressed with what Ford has accomplished with the F-150 Lightning on an existing traditional body-on-frame platform, especially in terms of range and efficiency (even with no heat pump).

It's like Tesla YouTubers need a basic lesson in business 101. They are still making investments in EV production so yeah they won't be profitable for a couple of years ('til 2026 per Ford), just like Tesla wasn't profitable in the beginning.
Ford lost about -$22,000 per EV sold in 2022 on 96,000 global units at negative -40% margin.

IIHS tests roof strength. Even the new Honda Civic has a stronger roof than Model 3 and Model Y. And Mach E is way stronger than all 3 of them.

Maybe Tesla has a heating element in that area since LEDs don't get warm enough.
Some Rivian owners complained of similar issues in wet snow type conditions even though R1T headlights are vertical.
