This is a good idea and should be easy to do.

The near term future of autonomy is AI4. AI5 is coming, but it will be a while. Plan accordingly. FOMO is real.
@niccruzpatane Yup. Just wrapped up the AI5 Saturday chip design review a few hours ago. We’re starting to do some work on AI6 too. @MichaelDell and I happened to be meeting just beforehand, so I invited him to join. Hopefully, he found it interesting. Btw, AI5 will not be available in

Everyone should know by now that I believe in using @Tesla FSD for both safety and driving enjoyment. It changes what traveling in a car means. For those my age, remember air travel before 9/11. It was just easier. Using FSD is just better, easier. Tell everyone you know to

Here is a highlight clip of me discussing and comparing @Tesla FSD v14.1.7 to the autopilot on an airplane, and how it allows the humans supervising to see more, and be safer drivers. There is a nice little hand clap moment at the end too! Please excuse the screen recording

Here is a highlight clip from yesterday's first impressions drive on FSD v14.1.7 where I discuss the importance of getting butts in seats to try FSD, and how it improves driving safety. Please excuse the screen recording drift. I know what I did wrong. No comments needed on

First drive with FSD v14.1.7 is complete. The first impressions video is over an hour long, and packed with ... perfection. Braking issues are gone, smoothness is back, it feels very similar to the @Cybertruck on v14.1.5 but with the quickness and agility of the Juniper Model Y.

Like a few others I got a push of FSD v14.1.7 to both my @Cybertruck and my new Juniper Model Y today. I was flying so havent been able to do any driving yet. @Tesla_AI

FSD's current progress measured by someone with better context than any of us. Thanks for sharing @karpathy This was awesome to read.
I took delivery of a beautiful new shiny HW4 Tesla Model X today, so I immediately took it out for an FSD test drive, a bit like I used to do almost daily for 5 years. Basically... I'm amazed - it drives really, really well, smooth, confident, noticeably better than what I'm used

On this Veterans Day, I honor my grandfather, a WWII B-17 bomber pilot; my father, who flew the A-7 Corsair II in Vietnam; and my own 20+ years as a Navy pilot flying the S-3B Viking. Now my son @CharlieCook2124 carries the wings as the fourth generation. Service runs deep in our

This is a good point. The ego definitely stops where it thinks the line should/would be rather than defaulting to the intersection in the absence of a line or a crosswalk. Since most humans don't fully stop, I am guessing this had to be hard trained, perhaps incorrectly?
@NHTSAgov stops to 0 stink but what's worse is FSD stopping in the incorrect spot, having to double stop for visibility after unnecessary creeps. So, test time for the OGs. 🙂 Scenario 1-6, A B or C. If you all get this right maybe @Tesla_AI will learn. Feel free to look up
