Zohran is many things (and imo his policies will not work). But good lord, at least he's not old.

Treasury Companies are starting to sell their coins. This is good to see. The forest fire of bad ideas needs to sweep through and clear out all of this dead wood.
The market will chop frustratingly sideways just long enough to wipe out all of the accumulated bad ideas (and there are plenty of them).

Don't try to trade the end of a 100-year debt cycle & massive currency system shift
@Tinky47flat Because a) history suggests trying to short-term trade the end of a 100-year debt cycle & massive currency system shift is likely to be very hard at best b) on a longer-term basis, BTC has acted similar to gold, w/ higher volatility (SPX, NDX, Home px's in USD/gold/BTC π)

Reminder that BTC is simply "one of the last functioning smoke alarms" of liquidity. What BTC has done since October 6 is simply warning that another 3q22, 1q23, & 3q23 has begun (DXY up, stocks down, bonds down, until more liquidity comes once UST market dysfunctions again.)

The Fed just estimates where they think the lines between abundant, ample, and scarce bank reserves are. This cycle, signs of scarce reserves have popped up around the level they thought was ample.

17 years after the white paper, the Bitcoin network is still operational and more resilient than ever. Bitcoin never shuts down. @SenateDems could learn something from that.

The other thing is, people rent what they need. They buy what they _think_ they will need.
A hill I will die on: Buying a a home is almost always not a great financial investment. yes, even taking into account leverage. looking at averages, investing in SP500 is more profitable (on average). and also, that's ok! buy because its a great emotional ivnestment.
