Joe, I respect your discipline. I am a 68 year old, who has run since I was 20. My brother has been a personal trainer for 40 years. He was right that I should have lifted as well as run. He looks like a gymnast, I look like a marathon runner. You lose muscle as you age.

Thanks for the update Dylan. I have a copy of his book, which is intriguingly, no longer available. A new base layer to the internet which can't be hacked. Michael Saylor understands that Bitcoin is also Bitpower. We have only a primitive understanding of how this will play out.
