Here’s a case of kidney 🫘stones 💎caused probably by dehydration. These calculi are usually Ca or Mg. The diagnosis could be bilateral urolithiasis 👨🏽⚕️ as we see two calculi on each side on the scan.
Renal cell carcinoma is the most common type of kidney cancer in adults. Symptoms may include blood in the urine, back pain, or a mass in the kidney area. Treatment options vary depending on the type, size, and stage of the tumor and may include surgery, radiation therapy.🔬
I am still not convinced if the green colour is an artistry missmatch or this is really an intercranial subdural empyema which is a collection of pus in the subdural space between the dura mater and the arachnoid!
Just read that in Sweden every school has its own CAMHS psychiatrist.
Meanwhile in the UK we have over 250,000 kids waiting over 6months for an initial appointment.
We have kids waiting days in Emergency departments for a MH bed.
Sweden invests in its future.
