Beware of buffet trays in the OR
Record breaking #surgery!🚨 A milestone surgical feat. Removed approximately more than 500 cysts of 5 kg weight (hydatid cysts) from the liver of a 35 year old patient. Right lobe of the liver was completely occupied by these cysts. Partial part of right lobe was also removed.

I repeat - laxatives do not make the bowel lazy.
@Naomi_D_Harvey @drkeithsiau @my_ueg @esnm_eu @UEGJournal That comment from medical professionals drives me insane. Laxatives do not make the bowel lazy. The bowel is having issues either due to lack of water in the stool, which the mcg citrate corrects or also poor motility. But laxatives are just treating the constipation.

But I agree, for identifying most clinical signs this is not crucial. What is key is developing an accurate and rapid systematic examination approach so important signs
