I’d recommend them to see a doc they prefer vs you given their bias. This person clearly doesn’t trust you because of your gender no matter your specialty. It’s not worth your energy. They will likely expect you to do this with everything if you continue this patient/doc

Sad part is its direction mainly for larger size folks. I’m on the smaller side and my MFM doc and her team told me to not do that as it wasn’t required for someone my size. After that, i just ignored that request.

When will the Army create a more stable family environment by transitioning to a 4-5 year PCS cycle vs the 2-3 year PCS cycle?
The AF did it already and the Marines are looking at it now from what I understand!

Passed tape!💃💃💃💃 so the no lifting and 100% cardio with waist trainer worked. I weighed 154 and now 147. Taped neck 15in then 12 now, waist then 31 now 28.5, hips then 41 now 39. I barely passed tape at school, now I’m 4% under that. I was 4% under my max then so I’m 8 under

So I’ve been taped in prep for height and weight and tape. I also visited the bod pod. So I tape out at 34% and the bod pod lists my body fat at 24.2%.
That’s a BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!

Why not teach it as a font so they can read it while learning how to type. Create an arts class in calligraphy thats an elective so they can learn that cursive isn’t just a way to write but can be an art form with in graphic design.

Today is a good day! At 44.5 I struggle with weight! But I hit a new low at 147. 5 lbs and no taping. So I’ll keep at it.
I also hexbar dead lifted 145lbs 10 times for the first time in the year and a half I’ve been working on it. Physical Therapy works!!! No back pain either.

So it’s take a year and a half to be able to do more then just walk. Lots of physical therapy. But today I was able to elliptical for 2 miles in what was formerly a passing PT test run time. More work to be done in Physical therapy. Just proud of what was done today!

Um, I don’t think so. BAH is considered included in the total compensation package provided by the Army. Every active duty person gets a living quarters to use at will or they are provided BAH. Just because they chose not to use it doesn’t mean you have the right to take it!

I’m with you. I didn’t have percentages previa but I had a massive fibroid that blocked my cervix so even fully dilated my son wouldn’t have been “naturally” delivered and we would have both died. My doc was super worried that going into labor would have been life threatening. I
