Post eviction cleans are really fun but it doesn't look too bad at least far from the pictures. It could have been a lot worse. No visible structural damage, graffitti and other nuisances can be easily removed with some TLC that you were going to do anyways during the turn.

Half of the asthma's get outgrown.
My kid had asthma until he was 5 or 6 years old then it just stopped.
Gave him a lot of saline nebulizer therapy in the evenings. Some albuterol when it got really bad.
But he should be in sports as soon as he can to facilitate lung growth
