Also Tango was one of their most talented studios. Instead of investing into them they shut them down. Makes you wonder what's next? Obsidian? Double Fine? There is no place for creativity when xbox can just milk Fallout, ES and CoD from now on.

Probably the closest a studio came to recreating and even building on what made Battlefield great. The objective system was an excellent upgrade to the Battlefield formula.

Splinter Cell, Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, B.A.T, Defender of the Crown, Battle Isle, Rayman, Prince of Persia etc. Ubisoft made and published great some great games from the late 80s to mid 2000s.

2006 when i was 12 we had a 3v3 airsoft fight in the woods. I tried to flank the enemie, tripped and fell into a very sharp tree branch that went into the side of my stomach lol. Miraculously I never broke a single bone despite all the shit I did as a kid

No. It's best treated as a linear game. Don't engage with the open world, or it gets incredible boring. It's an interesting game tho and worth playing at least once imo

I agree for GTA5 (awful game) but it kinda worked for RDR2, at least for me. But I'm also someone who walks 3 km in Call of the Wild to shoot a whitetail buck

The new Elder Scroll will have to be extremely shit for people to reevaluate Starfield. For the first few hours I kinda enjoyed Starfield and thought it's just mid, but now I outright hate it. It's just such a weird game I don't even know how to describe it

Mass Effect 1 and 2 also had nice and unique aesthetics. Unfortunately ME3 looked like every other UE3 game again. Still don't know what is worse, generic UE3 graphics or modern "ultra realistic" graphics with so much clutter that it gives you a headache

No one gives a fuck. CoD is about annoying people in multiplayer and getting messages full of slurs
Normally I just kinda mock the CoD games for being propaganda light heartedly, but i don’t think we’re really prepared for how evil a black ops game involving Iraq is gonna be. The message of the last game is that MKultra was a necessary evil to save the world.
