@ZEE_MUFC92
I am a lifelong Liverpool fan and Bobby Charlton was a rarity. A survivor, a born winner, a world class talent, a role model, ambassador and gentleman. He deserves to be honoured and mourned by all of us who love the game. Sympathies to the United family on this terrible loss.
I'm not a scouser, I am a teacher. Poverty chanting isn't funny, nor banter. It's shameful & disgusting.
A 15 year old lad cried to me last week as his family didn't have enough food or money to buy. It broke my heart. Luckily we could help. Imagine the desperation for a kid
@draper_rob
France should be disbarred from holding any UEFA/FIFA event until there has been a full independent report and an overhaul of safety. I'd have been saying the same had it been ANY other team, English or not which had been treated like this. Life is too precious for 'rivalry'
@Chris78Williams
Judging by the shoe sizes there and the number of people who walked past the bakery, I'd say there was about 1,500,000 fake tickets.
That was how Darmanin worked it out for Liverpool fans, wasn't it?
@RevRichardColes
There is always something utterly special about someone who does a funny dare for the joy of others, just because. He can't have imagined how many of us have smiled now as a result of this pic. Childish mischief is thing none of us should ever lose.
@donalmacintyre
It's time the lid came off this case and truth is brought into the light. Something stinks to the high heavens about this. This poor little boy has been failed and his poor mum put through unimaginable suffering. Who is being protected?
@ahmedhankir
I have made sure that as a teacher, I've great relationships with cleaners in school. Without them school couldn't open. We're on first name terms & talk daily. They're all people with stories,families, feelings just like me...& my late mum- a cleaner of whom I'm very proud.
@cas6688
@kat_lfc13
@JHenderson
Not sure you're the right guy to be lecturing anyone fella. You'd probably feel more at home in the England crowd or supporting a different club. Get right in the bin.
@SkySportsNews
Time to bring in refs from outside England. It's farcical having refs from Manchester area reffing Manchester games. It moves them beyond suspicion of anything dubious and should eradicate shambolic decisions like that. Clearly a handball. An apology won't give vital points.
@LFCNorwayhey
I'm from Northern Ireland & have supported Liverpool over 40 years. I rarely have been able to get to the match & have even gone over just to be there on match day. I'm just as much a fan & always felt at home. Scousers are salt of the earth. All are welcome in Liverpool.
@fesshole
We lost several kids to miscarriage. I broke my heart and still think of them, miss them & wonder who they'd have become, even as a dad of three. The grief was crippling. I'll never forget walking through maternity, trying not to fall apart as others celebrated. They mattered.
@IrishTimes
@endajodowd
Absolute rocket. Love her running at 50 secs to get in, like they won't notice. What she is saying and singing is madness. Thank goodness she wasn't elected. Not even Ruby Wax & her knowledge of the constitooooshun could help. Brave Garda restricting her entrance. 😂
@carlalockhart
Christianity teaches that heaven is the reward of those who pass in faith. It doesn't mean those left behind don't grieve, but it gives them some comfort. This isn't clumsy or hurtful. Christopher also said he believed this too in an interview. No need to pile on or be offended
@lfclolx
Klopp had to build and train a full team. Chelsea were nowhere close to that. They were good to go with huge investment when TT arrived. They deserve credit, but it doesn't equate with what Jurgen did. Not even close.
@dave43law
@NadineDorries
Just needs to populate half of England, hoard cash from donors, cosy up to the Russians, have many affairs & let the bodies pile high. Oh yes and continue to throw petrol on the dumpster fire that is Brexit.
@mhardysport
I remember the unfolding disaster as a teenager at home in N Ireland. To this day the words Hillsborough and Leppings Lane fill me with dread & horror. God only knows what it must be like for survivors & families watching this madness over 30 yrs later. Disgraceful from SWFC.
@GrantWahl
I couldn't agree more...the same is true of the so called National Lottery, which I have yet to win and many raffles down the years. I imagine that UEFA are responsible for these catastrophes too.
@HRashid_
@aldo_the_kopite
Over the top for the death of a baby? I might be in the minority here- compassion in most awful circumstances isn't too much. It'll mean the world to his partner too. Rivalry/opinions on him aside, it'd be a powerful gesture. Have untagged him. Won't help him to see the debate
@Ryanlfc10
@Callum1906_
Anyone who sings about poverty needs a swift kick in the tadger. There's nothing funny about having to choose between heating and eating, needing food banks, no jobs & kids & elderly suffering You should be saving your voices for yelling at the Tories. Poverty is no joke.
@zakwilliams
The mere mention of your dear father's name makes me smile. Through his movies & TV work I laughed, cried & grew with him. He made the world a better place for sharing his gifts with us. Many millions of us will be celebrating with you. ❤
@LFC_Danjumagic
@MeganShiel1
Hardly the time mate. One young woman making a point about the alleged abuse of another and expressing her frustration is absolutely ok.
My wedding anniversary today. 14 years with the most wonderful woman in the world & 3 super kids.
I'm a lucky lad- also she hasn't killed me yet, so that's also an achievement. How she puts up with me I don't know. 😁

One of the many reasons Villareal are rightly regarded as a top class club. Great fans, super ground, underrated coach.
They'll go again.
@TheRedmenTV
Sell. With ever fond memories of some iconic goals. Everton, semi of CL and 2nd goal in the final. He needs regular game time and wont get it with us. He will always get a warm welcome back to Anfield.
@Anshum1958
He is well respected at LFC. He served with honour, commitment, & also fought (and beat)cancer. He's also a club ambassador. Pogba who played more, rinsed the club x2, wasted potential, partied, didn't look after himself, cost 90m, left for free x2. José more a legend than that.
@NathanWurtzel
Never ever. I am in the same position as you. She was 50. Sometimes you have a fleeting thought or look at your kids and think of what you've lost and it feels like it did at first. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
25 years mum.
Sitting here quietly watching your grandchildren. You'd be very proud. Can see you in them. What I wouldn't give for you to have met them & their mum.
Miss you.
@UEFA
Yeah. Some apology. Almost a week late, barely covers what went on and only came once Real broke cover. You are corrupt, incompetent & culpable for what went on. Only for the good behaviour of Liverpool fans who endured echoes of Hillsborough, there'd have been deaths. Disgusting
@johncadigan
He could stand out there and sound like a goose farting in the fog and would be untouchable. The man's output, longevity and energy are unrivalled.
@Walker79Lee
@BlairMcNally1
Someone has shat their jockeys now the world knows who he is. I'd say he won't enjoy walking about alone for a right while. Dunfermline isn't too far from Kirkcaldy. Wee cowardly liar.
@AlexKane221b
As a teacher, I can now honestly say I have heard it all, if this is true. It's akin to barring a malnourished child from access to food. We do everything we can to get kids to read. Libraries expand the mind and develop skills and attitudes for learning.
@omid9
The horror that brings me 20 years on as I think of the fear he must have felt knowing he could burn to death or choose jumping. Chills me yet. What must he have been feeling in his last moments? We must never lose sight of peace and care for each other.
Perhaps the most satisfying & poignant thing from today's record win is the 9 goals will forever be connected to little Olivia Pratt-Korbel.
Tens of thousands in the UK and perhaps millions across the globe will remember her each time they recall.
May that comfort her family.

I am a Liverpool fan. Arsenal are a massive, historic club. To be Captain of a club like that, following some giants of the game requires an appreciation and discipline. Arteta was skipper and he knows the standard expected. The club comes first. For the cash he's on, be on time.
@DrLucyRogers
@eliistender10
Well I am glad I stopped and read this tweet. Life is short. I don't do resolutions, but this is not a bad way to go. Erosion is a slow poison. Keep being and doing memorable. I hope people live up to the way you and all of us deserve to be treated.
@ChrisEubankJr
@LiamBeefySmith
Very rarely I fail to support a sportsman from Liverpool. One such occasion now. Scummy move to mock or try to out an opponent for 'banter'. You lost that, burned your Mrs & owe a public apology. Homophobia is wrong & you're a disgrace Liam.
Chris, well handled. Knock him out C
@AnfieldWatch
A lot of so called fans on here. Fella signs for his dream club, works hard, doesn't complain and behaves impeccably. Seems well liked by players. He's one of ours and doesn't deserve to be mocked. There's not one of you wouldn't swap to be where he is. Wise up.
@newsthump
@Baddiel
Forget plastic wrapped, I doubt it would garner interest gift wrapped, tied with a bow and accompanied with fireworks, a light show and a full orchestra
@MetroUK
Didn't know much of Tom professionally, but was struck by his courage & determination. He loved his family dearly. Sending them much love at this unspeakable tragedy.
to have to seek help and the shame of something he has no control over. Of you're ever tempted to mock hunger or poverty in a warm pub, at a works do or a footy away game where you've had cash for a round of drinks or ticket & travel- don't. Think of that kid and do better.
@graymarcuswp
@BeattieDoug
@RobinSwannMoH
Calling junior a politician is very generous of you. Others might call him a self serving, nest feathering, jet setting embarrassment to NI. Looks like a mid life crisis karaoke act at kicking out time. If he only had half the humility, good humour & grace of RS. No comparison.
First steps taken. At my all time worst condition and weight, I have just done my first workout in over 2 years. Had shipped weight a lot of timber a couple of years ago and well...covid happened. Only 5kms on a cycle and a few light weights, but we go again.
@janky_jane
Mate of mine got himself a big winter hat...was pretty noticeable in fairness. First night out in it...I greeted him with "alright there Jamiroquai". Still gets it every Winter.

Cahill, McConville, McCartneys, Mathers, Travers, Dunlop, Johnson, Hearst & 6 month Nivruti Mahesh Islania. These women were safe Mary Lou. All denied right to life, safety or life of a loved one. There are countless others. As a dad of girls, I wish for a better world for them
@SpiritOfTheBlu1
❤Evertonians are bored, not entertained. We do not lose, we are losers. Those who are red understand success & need not worry, those who wear blue haven't had any since 1995 & don't understand we are laughing at them not with them. Blues have the fat one, reds the normal one❤
@BenRCFC
Being interviewed by a tory, trying to look faaackin hard in a Burberry cap, just before he has to nip off to face Alan Sugar in the boardroom.
@JamieBrysonCPNI
The fact is that TUV's 65k fpv or so votes correlates more or less to the drop in the DUP fpv vote, thereby delivering a Sinn Fein First Minister.
He must however share the credit with you Jamie, tubthumping at rallies, splitting unionism & bolstering Alliance. UUP not to blame
@squinteratn
You'd love 5 minutes in a locked room with the lowlife who did that. Makes my blood boil. My dogs are both rescues from similar types of circumstances. How can anyone do that to a defenceless animal?
@Classicbritcom
Big tellybox on wheels,1980, bottle of milk, sitting on floor in a crowded, darkened
classroom...The days of Wordy, Brian Cant,
@FloellaBenjamin
, Derek Griffiths, and countless iconic shows, too many to list. Magical days...Magical stars. Boy we were lucky...simple pleasures.
@Woolychops
Saw a 14 yo yesterday, who'd a cancer diagnosis in family. Came in, cried, discussed fears & low self esteem. Stayed with me for afternoon and I sorted specialist support. Later suicidal 12 yo boy seeing DV & a tearful immigrant mum needing support. Not just a job- a vocation.
@TherealNihal
Got told it myself. I'm a teacher now and swore I would never say that to any young person. It motivated me as a working class kid, but it destroys others. It takes seconds to demolish a kid, but years to repair the damage.
@Kaijaala
@domdyer70
I've taken the time to speak to some homeless people and chat with them about their dogs. From my (albeit limited) experience, they put their dogs first as they are their companions in a world which often ignores them or treats them like crap.
@WeahsCousin
@NoContextEPL
I say, that working class street urchin did a goal. Splendid Brexity metaphor thingy. Still doesn't score as often as I do. As for Hancock, he got chalked orf by VAR...what what!!
@BBCNews
Shame on anyone who mocks or trivialises DV. No one deserves that, it regardless of your perception of them. I hope she is ok. She has kids and this will also have impacted them. I hope they get the support they need.
@LfcRyannnn
@loon245
@TorqueyLunatico
Attempting to justify the disgusting actions of a load of morons is not a good look. Taking the joy and love out of a picture of a mother and kids and replacing it with hate and self entitlement is the action of a complete wab.
@cheesedoff3
A shame you lack compassion for those on low incomes and stereotype. I work with many families like these in NI. They don't smoke, don't live the high life and struggle. They don't enjoy being on benefits and it's hard to provide for kids. We're all a few months from the street.
