I am devastated to share the news that on Wednesday February 3 our dad Michael Guy died. He passed away at Southport hospital with Mum, his sister Val, daughter Kathryn and myself at his side. 1/

This is my will and my final message. If these words reach you, know that Israel has succeeded in killing me and silencing my voice. First, peace be upon you and Allahβs mercy and blessings. Allah knows I gave every effort and all my strength to be a support and a voice for my

Bonus! Just found in my coat pocket - the @merseyrail staff at Sandhills were giving out Toffee mints to the Everton supporters on their way home π¬π

@reid6peter Considering it's in its infancy, the team that have put this immense project together, it's all overwhelmingly positive and I'm sure it'll only get better. And to top it all - met The La's LEE MAVERS afterwards just casually hanging about outside after the match. 3/4

The views from all vantage points sensational. The river and vintage dockland structures just tremendous; bringing something utterly unique. Even the Korean chicken was superb! π
After the Roma game, the #Everton legends including my hero @reid6peter get a run out. 2/4

Wow, what a day - first trip to #Everton's new home stadium at Bramley Moore - extraordinary. Lost for words at how unbelievable it is - what a feat of engineering. The thought into the smaller details is mindblowing. 1/4

Completing the live action, @castofficial kicked things off with a jubilant masterclass of rock and roll pop before @richardashcroft brought Urban Hymns anthems to the masses. The cherry on top was the unbelievable organisation and production. 7/8 #oasislive25

In truth, it was one big highlight and there's two albums worth of material - especially from the late period - which was bypassed in favour of their national anthems. There was many a moment I found myself just people watching, taking in the mass communion. 6/8 #oasislive25

But probably the song of the night - Rock And Roll Star - with the images of where it all began; it seemed the soundtrack for the band, the people and the Oasis journey. So good! 5/8 #oasislive25

My highlights: a gnarly D'You Know What I Mean?, the mellotron coda of Talk Tonight, the power pop punk of Fade Away, a magnificent Whatever and the white-hot rock and roll of Morning Glory and Bring It On Down. 4/8 #oasislive25

We spoke to lads from Ireland, a couple from Mexico and a Canadian - all making their Gallagher's debut. I've seen many incarnations of Oasis but this was their musical best. Liam was absolutely on fire - I don't know how he does it. 3/8 #oasislive25

We met a family who'd travelled from Lithuania whose father saw #Oasis in the early 90s, then his eldest daughter saw them just before they broke up and this time round his youngest son travelled with the whole family for his first Oasis experience. 2/8 #oasislive25

#oasislive25 - Where were you while we were getting high? Where to start? Don't think I'll ever witness in my lifetime a live event which brings so many people from so many countries and so many generations together as one. 1/8

Michael Madsen - so many iconic roles, none more so than Mr Blonde - literally, brutally etched his way into cinema folklore. Rest in Power. π―ππ
