California is ridiculous… I meet lots of contacts at our Golf Club which is also the busiest in MT.
Research what you get with the fees. $875 gets me unlimited golf from April- November and a great environment to meet clients and contacts.
It also stay light out until 11pm

Great idea except that wildlife will most likely eat anything not fenced in… also; I like mowing my lawn and getting some sun. I use the mulch to fertilize my lawns and garden. 🤗One other thought… cars driving by my vegetation doesn’t sound ideal.

I go back to CA every couple of months to see mom, check on properties, play golf w friends, and eat 🌮🌮🌮… It gets worse every time I go back and I always move my flight up a day or three to leave that hell hole. 🤗

The bike lane protectors allow developers to avoid building parking… this ultimately forces San Diegans to pay for these discolored sticks bolted to our streets that no one asked for that San Diego tax payers grossly overpaid for… kind like Ash St…. San Diegans are so screwed.

They obviously feel it’s important to incentivize remaining in an “entry-level” position… IMHO the whole concept of low pay incentivizes people to work out of that. Ultimately the cost of goods will go up as a result thus negating any perceived gains. 🤓

That’s literally in the desert near nothing except sand and cacti. 🌵 I recommend investing in places with good community and lots of leisure/adventure choices where you can own long term to maximize natural appreciation and rent for maximum value vs buying in trendy places with

I’ve never met anyone unhappy who just closed on a house and is now an owner. Interest rates go up and down… if the payment fits your budget; the rate is pretty insignificant.
