If you’re looking to buy own out-of-state rentals, I would highly suggest you fly out to the spot before you buy. Spend a day there spend the weekend there, see the market during the day and at night. You do not know a market until you walk it with your own feet and see with
@WomanDefiner Have you seen East Cleveland? Everything's dilapidated and the abandoned houses are dumping grounds for dead bodies. That's just the kind of bullshit Cleveland residents have to be worried about. That and shootings (and apparently women chained up in basements).
