I’ve had multiple married friends who would like to have kids lamenting that having a baby would cost them $30K in medical bills. Which I kind of don’t buy. So recent parents, what did your personal cost post insurance actually wind up being?.

Put out a job posting on UpWork for our warehouse buying business. Looking for a marketing manager. Social media, PPC, SEO, direct mail, etc. I was immediately bombarded with emails and phone calls from agencies. It turned me off entirely. With that being said, I will turn to.

This past week was the “soft opening” of my roofing company and these will be my first two roofs. Messaged local investors who I have known for years in the house flipping game for the opportunity to quote. I already know that I would like to get my quotes out WAY faster.

Great podcast. James wrote a book that got my interested in commercial real estate. Unlike most books on CRE, his wasn’t dry it all. Funny, full of wins and losses, and dumbing it down enough so that a newbie can really understand it. Highly recommend!.
