Beethoven did something unique in this piano sonata. He created a theme for his sonata movement - and then used it for a fugue, which replaced the development section of the standard classical era form. It sounds a lot like Bach, it’s brilliant and beautiful - I want you to hear.

There was a wealthy family with a nice home - a ‘McMansion’ like you see in The Sopranos. Executives. Nice cars. Healthy people. Impressive, but then I saw the morbidly obese cats. Layers of fat that moved like jello when you touched them. Couldn’t look at the family the same.

Another sign that America is in decline is that I didn’t see videos today of Americans storming a Walmart to buy a cheap flat screen, and people fighting over items on sale. It’s like the ‘can do’ attitude is falling off.

A ‘nation of immigrants’ is a contradiction in terms.

One way to think about the clearly coordinated "you don't have to follow unlawful orders" messaging is prepping the ground for the next impeachment - which will happen quickly if the left wins the midterms. Watch out for more such coordinated messaging.

To recap: Our own government used NGOs to import tens of millions of people here and is using our social safety net to pay for their living expenses while allowing most money they earn to be sent overseas. Oh, and we’re not allowed to cut off that funding or send them back.
