New landing work:
Almost there... I mapped all the parameters of the scene by media query.
On large screens, more polygons, more samples.
On mobile, I'm scattering spheres guided by the spring path. And only 2 samples.
Added a dotted grid, for good measure.

Just a handful of levers to pull and I have a pretty solid 3D render from my Figma asset.
It's a ray tracer running on Figma.

Testing performance on Safari for iOS.
Not ideal, but I added parameters for everything, I can convert the spring into a collection of instances sphere meshes.
I tweaked the mechanics of the transmission shader ramping the IOR and turned the chromatic aberration off.

Made a custom Three.js class to manipulate a mesh.
This week I'll try to make heads or tails on how to implement a rudimentary interpolation method, either with Motion One, GSAP or the internal Animation system of Three.js.
