A psychologist said “I don’t see you as having an eating disorder…” after telling her I have one because yeah I wasn’t tiny enough but did see me as a binge drinker because I told her I occasionally drink a lot when my pain levels are so high I can’t function/ sleep.

Adding Additional msg to foods is high in histamines which can be very detrimental to people with certain health conditions. It occurs naturally in small amounts sure, but just because you add something that’s naturally occurring doesn’t mean it’s still great for everyone.
