Best: Altus Plateau which I imagine smells like the autumn leaves, so a bit of a brown sugar sweetness.
Worst: either Caelid, which smells of rotting dying corpses and other things, or Liurnia, which must smell like stagnant water with crayfish smell.

This makes little sense, then again one is designed for a horse and the other is more walking speed. Like try and use a horse in some areas of Skyrim. Those highways are not horse friendly.

Dark Souls 1 still stands out to me just because of the Master Key. Bloodborne is probably my favorite to replay though. There are no bosses in that game I dread to fight again, or areas I don’t enjoy.

Reinforced idea that it’s okay to have repeating bosses in order to extend playtime. Flooding a game world with short dungeons, but pair it with random loot that scales instead.

Counter suggestion. Phase 1 is Radagon / Marika shifting between who is control, resulting in an erratic boss fighting itself much like the Sealed Vessel of Hollow Knight. Phase 2 is Radagon seizing full control and cutting loose. Elden Beast is optional 3rd phase.

There’s a good amount I would consider grafting victims. The Spider, the hawks with knives feet, those creepy hands. The marionette soldiers. It is surprising Goddrick didn’t have more units that were grafted but maybe it was more all about him.

Saw is Bulbasaur, since both work best off the bat. Axe is Squirtle since it’s good damage output for Cleric Beast but is a bit slower to manage with Father G, and Charmander is the Cane since it’s objectively the worst to use at the beginning of the game when it comes to bosses.

Otherwise I’ll go with The Soul of Cinders. In game it’s a piece of cake, but lore wise this is the amalgamation of cycles of heroes beating the previous Gen and joining it. With a god at its core.
