Nice summary of hanania
You should be praying for Hanania, who has defended pedophilia and beastiality while openly calling for the genocide of people with Down Syndrome. Yet you signal-boost him while screaming at other people for signal-boosting. Strange how the demand for moral clarity only ever goes

Children deserve a mother and a father who love each other. It does great damage to a child growing up in a household with many strange people coming and going to have sex with a parent, but this guy sees children as a a experienced product and not as another person in the world
@allgarbled This made me laugh. You're not wrong! I'm not poly, but not fully monog either.

Imagine how Jesus would have reacted if someone had wasted ornamentation that could have been sold for three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor
whatever such architecture meant at that time--600 years to complete the project--can only be speculated by us today. obviously the vision is medieval Christianity; but so radically far removed from the simplicity of the teachings of Christ. how do you get from the moral clarity

???? The purpose of dating is to be with the person who you are dating. How would it possibly make sense to go away from where you live to find a relationship? that makes the least sense of any location on earth!
People tweet things like this before they realize that one purpose of travel is to meet people to date

This guy who says his Christian faith requires him to support abortion, pornography and anything else under the Sun is the most obnoxious person in politics today

I scan the quote /xx /x xx /x x/ Five feet (traditional), but flexible metrical substitutions. Speaks to me more of a romantic at the end of structured verse and before the modernists - perhaps Tennyson or Shelley (too metaphysical for browning)
Her question “Where is the woman who can live off the rack?” is like something from a Renaissance drama. It combines beautiful poetic rhythm, sweeping existential searching, and remarkable social cluelessness. https://t.co/Jqobg96Y5V

Perhaps the most shocking exchange of the AI legal era? The irony is that it shows that there are so many lazy/incompetent/unethical attorneys that AI will be an upgrade. Do the clients pay knowing they're already not having real lawyers write or read the briefs?
1: A law school graduate who has not yet passed the bar exam is writing the briefs for this law firm. The law firm submits one of those briefs written entirely by the law school graduate to the 9th Circuit. 2: The law graduate used AI to help write the brief. Tough to blame the

Why are sitting federal judges expressing ANY opinion on "Israel genocide charges"????
NEW @J_Insider via @marcrod97: "Judge Amul Thapar, shortlisted for Supreme Court, pushes back on Israel genocide charges" "Thapar joined an esteemed group of conservative judges to speak out against antisemitism at a Federalist Society conference" https://t.co/8DJosjDzoQ

This whole panel strikes me oddly When did FedSoc last feature a panel denouncing racism, and warning law students they better watch what they say if they want jobs? My guess is such a panel would have a Heather MacDonald type for diversity. Was there such a voice here?
Unspoken message: Federalist Society judges are not interested in hiring clerks who dabble in the Based Ritual or Woke shibboleth of antisemitism.

I guess we will see if the message that we need our kids spending more time at math cram school and less time playing football will connect with the voters of Ohio

Is this a conversation that should be happening at a federalist society convention? This doesn't strike me as a legal issue or controversy, but rather a dispute of Republican or conservative or right-wing political activism
“The problem isn’t that Tucker ‘platformed’ Fuentes. That’s… whatever. The problem is… last I checked Tucker knows how to cross-examine people.” - @tedcruz #FedSoc2025

So what actually is the rule with in-person service of a subpoena? Do they have to see you? Do you have to touch them with it? Do they have to be aware that you're serving them?
Lawyer jumps on stage to subpoena Sam Altman. Sam must now join the court hearing with the activists that OpenAI called the police on.

the traditional positions are very unpopular! fearing you MIGHT have to justify is the "chilling effect." It says YOU aren't (or might not be?) welcome here. Sad state for Heritage, which should be one of THE places conservative Christians can live their faith out loud

commentary on this flare-up has missed the mark It's not an issue of if this guy should or shouldn't go to a shabbat dinner It's the fact that Heritage doesn't give "breathing room" to conservative Christians Abortion, IVF, gay marriage, re-marriage, contraception...
There is nothing in Catholic teaching that precludes a practicing Catholic from attending a Shabbat dinner, so this question was nonsensical.
