Judge's TRO ordering feds to continue funding Planned Parenthood didn't include any reasoning. But frankly, it wouldn't have mattered because the judge wouldn't have said the real reason anyway. YEA Abortion!.

2/ Here's the order. It is extremely (tediously so) thorough and well-reasoned, which will make it harder for the district court to reject the magistrate judge's recommendation.

2/2 This is absolutely NUTS. Whether Khalil is removable is a question for the Immigration Judge, and then the Board of Immigration Appeals, and then the 5th Cir. The district court has jurisdiction to decide these issues.

🚨Khalil filed a Motion to Reconsider with the Immigration Judge saying because a federal district judge in habeas enjoined the DOJ from relying on Rubio's conclusion Khalil's presence harms foreign policy, the Immigration Judge MUST reverse its decision Khalil is removable. 1/.
