I’m legitimately shocked that this happened.
"There is no basis for granting immunity simply because some of the allegations in the indictment describe conduct that could be considered 'part of a judge’s job.'" Judge Adelman denies Judge Dugan (the Wisconsin Judge arrested for aiding an illegal) motion to dismiss.

While it pains me to agree with Sen. Wyden, he may have a point. Appropriators should be asking questions about this, too, given how big cyber defense has been in the Judiciary's FSGG ask.
Sen. Ron Wyden urged U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts on Monday to commission an independent study of the federal judiciary's cybersecurity practices in light of two significant hacks in the last five years.

These are all fantastic picks. Thank goodness Senators Tillis and Budd were able to wield their blue slips to stop Biden and keep the seats open for President Trump!.
North Carolina will soon have four new absolutely outstanding federal judges thanks to @realDonaldTrump @SenThomTillis and @SenTedBuddNC . Freeman was part of our judicial operation during 45, Orso and Rodriguez are friends and solid conservatives, and Bragdon clerked for Justice.

Tillis has said he won’t vote for any U.S. Attorneys without a blue slip. That’s it. That’s the ballgame.
This isn’t a Grassley problem. This is a century-old Senate problem called the blue slip. All of these U.S. attorney, marshal, and district nominees will fail on the Senate floor, if they don’t have support from both home-state senators. Go round up 50 votes. Then let’s talk.
