I'm keeping Tw for broad horizons and avoidance of echo-chamber exponentials, but I'm also enjoying the vibes over at bluesky

Our paper is now out in final form at Nature Genetics! For those who missed the preprint, we used large-scale Perturb-seq targeting transcription factors to push primary fibroblasts into diverse transcriptional states, including those observed in cell atlas studies.

My TV screensaver suggests "memories". A lovely throwback to the time spiny frogs were not spinal cords.

👀Ft. Supp 3 for some high res dendritic spines in spinal cord dorsal horn! 👀 In vivo imaging adult spinal cord at depth remains tricky with all that myelin in the way, but 3P helps resolve fine structures.
