Excited to share that a de novo designed miniprotein that myself, @bahl_lab, and @frankteets created during my post-doc is now in humans! The miniprotein is a Nectin-4 binding radiopharmaceutical being developed by Aktis Oncology.

Excited to share my thesis work! Using super-resolution microscopy and a new HaloTag-Nup107 mouse line, we find that 1) NPC biogenesis is upregulated during neuronal maturation and that 2) torsinA is essential for normal localization and assembly kinetics of neuronal NPCs. (1/N)
