Hi @Zoom Feature request of the day: A simple, accessible bulletin board to post links and files during a call. Problem: Posting links in the chat are quickly buried when the attendees are chatty. Chat threads can explode and links to shared files are easily lost.

I like this model because it explains that "cold" emails can show value and that makes them "warm." Lesson: understand how your audience processes information for action.

Discussions of "why" and "how" are far more interesting than "what." Why? Because observations are far less instructive than causality. Causality, correlation, and causal inference become working knowledge.
