My daughter, 16, had a coworker pull a knife on her. We reported it to owner/manager. He said ee would be fired. She couldn’t return to work but when she picked up last paycheck there the guy was, working. We filed a lawsuit against the company. This should never be the results.

I had this happen on a Southwest flight where there is no assigned seating. No one would move so I could sit with my 5 y/o. Flight attendant ignored the problem as did all passengers. Finally I loudly asked who wanted to take care of my kid for 3 hours. 3 people stood up to move.

I did a lot of waitressing jobs to put myself through college. You only mad a decent wage when the place was super busy. But working 6am-2pm there were hours of down time where you still worked and cleaned for $1.65 hr. Lots of poor tippers and demands.
