UPDATE today the city upheld its suspension of Sanitation Salvage’s license. Just one mind-boggling detail from the determination: DOT investigators found 129 instances of drivers doing illegal 14+ hour shifts and 294 instances of 70+ hour weeks—and that was just June-Aug 2018
