Federal prosecutors said today they went to a grand jury twice to indict a D.C. woman for assaulting an FBI agent during an arrest by ICE — and were twice rejected. Notably, she faces the same charge as the District's alleged sandwich thrower.

If she had any self-respect, Pam Bondi would withdraw her nomination. Not only is this the worst affront to the DOJ in its history, it contradicts her testimony and her expressed revulsion for pardoning people who are violent to enforcement while making her look impotent.
