I am devastated by the news that my old friend Vivian Silver was murdered on Kibbutz Beeri a month ago. Her body was just identified. Vivian was a dedicated peace activist and was well known in Israel with many friends and colleagues in Gaza. No one should have to die like this.
We were all holding out hope that peace activist and family friend, Vivian Silver, who we believed was being held in Gaza would be returned safely. In fact she was murdered in her home on October 7th and her body was just identified. May her memory be a blessing and bring peace.
