➡️ Day 1: Anti-Rotation before rotation. The concept of trunk stiffness especially through the pelvis is key to power in our athletic movements. I like using bands for tactical cueing feedback this first week. @HutchSoftball

Got a kid who shifts away from a previously injured limb? We use this set up to pull him/her into the leg they prefer to avoid using. 🤪 This forces him/her to load that foot and retrain the brain that it now works again! 💪

This guy wants to lift just like his peers so we’ve been working with variations of cleans from standing out of his canes/wheelchair. Today he cleaned 15# 💪💪 from standing with my support. 💥 #InclusionMatters
