A2. I try to direct to people I trust if they have a personal trainer. I ask them to let me know if they want to go that route. There’s more bad than good in CLT. When working private, I try to get a good understanding on where the athlete feels like they need to work on the

A1. Those with private coaches can go one of two ways: 1. Better technical proficiency and amplified strength and power. 2. Worse technical proficiency and lack of applicable strength. For when I’m working privately, I want to send back a better athlete. #ironspeedchat
