5/5.Please stop the generalizations. Stop postulating the 1% of unhealthy coaching habits onto everyone that doesn’t want to adhere to your methods. Using a demeaning message that portrays any other way than yours as wrong is narrow-minded and rather intellectually dishonest.

4/5 .6. Fatigue doesn’t create energy, but exposure to various methods of conditioning supports energy systems. This exposure can create fatigue and if we don’t continue to push, we won’t reach the needed volume.

2/5 .1. “Likely 1 MPH faster than their opponent.” Baseless and untrue. Massive assumption. Enough said. 2. DUH. Would love to see a study, not anecdote, that suggests SBF somehow keeps kids healthier. Managing volume is important, but limiting exposure to it is also dangerous.

Wish I had a dime for every time I’ve answered this question:. “How are you gonna train to have energy in the 4th quarter or overtime if you never push to fatigue in practice setting?”. This question comes from the traditional mindset. These highly-intelligent, hard-working.
