Let's not forget there's a 28th amendment pending, ERA, that would undo all these laws. Ratified by 3/4... just needs to be added to the constitution

When people in power don't consider your value in society, this happens. In some places of the country, people who are LGBTQ (mostly trans people) have been killed and their killers freed out of a "gay panic defense." People need to repeal those laws. ASAP

As a post-op, once my HR demand to see proof I was female after I was hired. I refused b/c they were EEOC but I told them that they needed to test everyone before me or else it would seem like it was targeted and I could sue them. Not sure how legal it was, but she backed down
