My trans man BFF has a somewhat similar saga: he was in his 50’s when he needed a single mastectomy (can’t remember why) & when he saw the results, everything fell into place & he transitioned with a HUGE sense of release/relief/relax. 🥳
He’s 75 tomorrow & living his best life!
