Of course we know. Just acknowledge that ‘medicalising’ resolved my mental health (clinical depression, suicidal ideation etc) & allowing me to function exceptionally despite terrible discrimination, harassment & hate crime. It made me a life long citizen not a life long patient.
@stephenwhittle A happy trans person is a person living in denial of reality. To recognise reality means accepting that a TM is actually a medicalised biological female. Acknowledge the reality and happiness disappears.
