I know that outside of NYC but in the US,it will almost certainly take a waiter at least 5 minutes longer to come to my table. In certain states, it’s 10 minutes longer. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m also the person that when I go to another country - or even another state - I know my service will be wildly different than it is in NYC. We have a different pace of living and different expectations. For example, in Europe, I have to ask for the check! I’m not mad about it!
