Today, there is no effective pharmacotherapy for aortic stenosis. In this

and colleagues found several novel genomic regions associated with the condition.
Calcific aortic stenosis is common and has no effective medical therapy. We performed a multi-ancestry GWAS of 14,451 CAS cases in the Million Veteran Program, identifying 6 novel genomic regions and doubling the known GWS loci in CAS.
