Some questions for thought...why would you want to see the whole vessel across the lesion? What advantage? I3, site can see wall at reference in 80%+. Think of it as a safety mechanism. Can’t see wall, look for the wall further out. This is true normal.

The contrarian. Zero Contrast PCI. This is a very unique group of patients. There is no difference in death in CKD CABG vs PCI. There is a lot of advantage in PCI pts with CKD and GFR <45, trend to less death and less CVA.
