1,723 years ago Diocletian, Emperor of the Roman Empire, implemented price-controls to curb inflation created by Government over-spending.
Two years later, he implemented Empire-wide Censorship of all social platforms.

Yeah, it’s called a non-compete clause and it’s a part of taking the millions they paid him annually. That’s how contracts work. Of course, speculating as I’ve not seen the contract but it seems fairly obvious it’s a breach issue.
@olimpiuurcan
Chess isn’t complex at all. You can literally teach it to a child. He’s totally correct. You are equating his comment with “you cannot beat a GM so it must be complicated.”
@CODUpdates
Every NEW account needs to be in segregated lobbies for a week, minimum, and thoroughly vetted. How about a two step authentication process? Can’t really design an anti-cheat around that….lots of out of game options to assist on this issue.
@RepCohen
CAS pays out $20M / yr in arbitration fees to emeritus lawyers from around the globe. It is 'free lunch' for them. It's a ridiculous "arm's length" attempt by the IOC to distance and insulate from their own abysmal rule-set.

Non-competes are typically broad enough to cover most scenarios where he could be in competition with Fox regardless of his commercial terms, platform, etc. if he’s pulling business from Fox, that would be breach. Again, they have some reason to sue and breach of contract is

I’ve ran six global companies and have signed six employment contracts and they all had non-competes, they were all enforceable, they are good for both parties, and they absolutely will go after him if they feel it’s breach.

He’s not talking about 10^120 permutations. He is saying the game is simple. He is correct. It has lots of possibilities that create complexity and uniqueness, but that doesn’t mean it’s hard to understand.

Over 6,000 products made with oil. It will be a needed and fundamental commodity for a century or two. Your shoes, purse, puffy jacket, cosmetics - all courtesy of oil. And if ya’ like to go places….yeah, need oil too.

It’s a nice niche but you can’t put a 100 kWh battery in 1.4 billion cars. Just to cover Cali’s 2035 law will require 4 trillion in infrastructure just to power the 17 million light vehicles Newsom dreams of being EV only. PS - it snowed in LA (twice). Planet Earth is okay.

You don’t value your own property so I’m a bit confused here. Also, if it was way over valued then he would have paid much higher taxes than necessary as well, correct?

Crimea is Ukraine. Pretty simple. The same state TV is advocating going after Estonia next as a warm up for Poland. There is no option B for us at this point.

There used to be a great website for PubG if you ever killed a streamer (or they killed you) it clipped the video. My son made me watch him kill Choco and Shroud like a thousand times...It was a BIG deal for him! Great stuff! And one of my best all-time 1v1's in WZ1 was vs

If all that’s true and the Biden’s took no money from international players looking for political favors then that would be very easy to prove. Follow the money and if he’s clean then we can move on. Simple. You want to know, I want to know and he’s obligated to be

91% of my WZ3 solo matches are on non-Dallas servers (my local, across large sample). The fact I rarely play on my local server says the algorithm is flawed.

Ouch. We use on average 5500 kWh a month, 50% more than you and bills on average are $715. Texas, but you probably figured that out before you got to this sentence….

I played 20 games of WZ2 when it dropped then went DMZ for 5 months. I went to play a WZ2 game a couple nights ago and off the rip my parachute didn’t open due to server lag. Logged off and went about my day.

He may also be in breach due to the name of the show, platform it’s on, poaching other Fox employees, etc. non-compete is the most likely but the other topics which are just as enforceable could be in play as well.

Odd, it says “Happy birthday, Jose!” On it. I guess the aliens are at least friendly, or maybe it’s just a birthday balloon. One or the other for sure. 🤦♂️

It means they are operationally profitable. This is fundamental to flow positive cash from operations. Do that, and the rest will follow. The comments on debt / interest are frankly not important. The EV of a company is based on EBITDA, not ability to pay taxes or interest.

In WZ1 I came across a streamer on occasion. In one week I was smoked by: Meta, Pieman (twice), Marked, Slacked (CDL Pro), Bobby, Isaac in a 3rd party, Conner Dose, and Max Executes. Just the people I noticed. It’s really bizarre as I’m NOT that guy. Definitely changed…

Was definitely a big deal to watch a big fight back in the 70’s / 80’s, but there was also zero competition. 3 channels and one was a sporting event, up against Hart to Hart and a Hogan’s Heroes rerun.
