Yeah, it’s called a non-compete clause and it’s a part of taking the millions they paid him annually. That’s how contracts work. Of course, speculating as I’ve not seen the contract but it seems fairly obvious it’s a breach issue.

Every NEW account needs to be in segregated lobbies for a week, minimum, and thoroughly vetted. How about a two step authentication process? Can’t really design an anti-cheat around that….lots of out of game options to assist on this issue.

Non-competes are typically broad enough to cover most scenarios where he could be in competition with Fox regardless of his commercial terms, platform, etc. if he’s pulling business from Fox, that would be breach. Again, they have some reason to sue and breach of contract is

I’ve ran six global companies and have signed six employment contracts and they all had non-competes, they were all enforceable, they are good for both parties, and they absolutely will go after him if they feel it’s breach.

It’s a nice niche but you can’t put a 100 kWh battery in 1.4 billion cars. Just to cover Cali’s 2035 law will require 4 trillion in infrastructure just to power the 17 million light vehicles Newsom dreams of being EV only. PS - it snowed in LA (twice). Planet Earth is okay.

I played 20 games of WZ2 when it dropped then went DMZ for 5 months. I went to play a WZ2 game a couple nights ago and off the rip my parachute didn’t open due to server lag. Logged off and went about my day.

57. Lifting for 43 years. Bench 300. Incline press puts a lot of stress on your rotator cuff and shoulder joint. It’s not a “natural” muscle and joint movement. I rarely do them.

Media contracts typically do exactly that, call out platforms, podcasts, blogs, print, etc. You read about this issue on Twitter….they absolutely are in competition with Fox. You’re the proof. :)
