I almost was murdered b/c of RR. I tried to speed up to get away, then slowed down. Nothing worked. stopped car & got out. I was held at gun point by this Coward. I asked him “Are you really going to murder me in cold blood?” He replied “I’m just defending my life”. Now I carry.

@cannoliclemenza My cholesterol was high & my doctor told me to give up meat and egg yolks. I tried it & had very little energy. Now I eat meat a lot & also eat eggs yolks and things improved drastically. I have more energy & lift way more at the gym. I have energy all day now. Meat is a miracle.
