Working out outdoors is a huge life hack. -UV light (vitamin D, endorphins, nitric oxide) -Infrared light (melatonin production in the mitochondria) -Non-flickering full spectrum visible light (vs blue enriched, flicker indoors) -Much lower CO2 levels (most gyms >1400ppm)

There is solid evidence that exposure to RF EMF from sources like cell phones and bluetooth headphones degrades sleep quality (PMID: 39534742) Another study associated bluetooth headphone use with increased incidence of thyroid nodules (PMID 38906901) No brainer here imo

There's nothing magical about walking. 10,000 steps is likely just a proxy for a moderate amount of movement and not a talisman to ward off an early death. Exercise of all types is great for humans - running, weight lifting, dancing, swimming, surfing... Just move.

If your sauna is too hot (>212F/100C) you may be INCREASING (2x) your dementia risk, rather than lowering it. (PMID: 33088678) Not only should you be icing your 🥜 in the sauna, you probably should either lower the temperature or wear a sauna hat to protect your brain.
