Imagine lying about having read the article making the argument that is being discussed, feigning offense when that lie is pointed out, and then immediately ask what the argument is. .

This little book, with a boring title, has received very little attention (or love). But the argument is actually quite radical. The obvious conclusion is that we need a new economics--and a new understanding of economic growth.
