I wore no makeup one day when I dropped some food into Ella. Ìt was noted by Carers, & the SW stated that I must have a mental health problem and the judge accepted it! This is how ridiculous they are. There was even an abduction attempt to put me in a psychiatric hospital.

I have received a rejection order to my latest appeal against the Court Orders. Now I can take my case to the ECHR. I have asked for an Exhausted Certificate. I was provided with one in the past. At that time the Court was still ongoing, so the Certificate had no legal power.

Are you aware that the Human Rights Act is constantly ignored in mental health patients? I can list Articles 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 14, plus Protocol 1 Articles 1, 2 and 3 as all being broken in my daughter’s case. Not just broken, but ignored for years by the Court.

The Authority and its servants must be held to account for its failure, and their individual failures. Ella must be given back her Capacity. She must be allowed to remake her LPAs, and this Case must be dismissed from the list as serving no public interest or benefit to Ella.

I was accused in Court by one of the carers that I gave my daughter half of kilo of laxatives. Of course she was disregarded in Court and everybody laughed at the end of it. Did the carer get punished? No, she was given a job at the Care Home. Why wasn't she charged with perjury?
