A family court judge effectively gave Jack and Paul a death sentence. Their mother, Claire Throssell, warned the father was violent but the judge ordered contact anyway. He murdered them. That judge remained on the bench, anonymous and unaccountable. https://t.co/VgRfvYQ85l
