The attitude of some car owners when parking is very wrong.
Consideration that a footpath is just that, a footpath, where access may well be greater than 1 foot as I’ve witnessed.
This isn’t about law, it’s about changing attitudes to parking, & realising space awareness.

I often wonder that with school runs. Yes, the odd occasion I’d imagine you’d need to go on and travel elsewhere.. but with a catchment area of 0.5 miles, there is no way it’s needed EVERY day.
